Read the mindsensors NXTPowerMeter device's present power value. The port must be configured as a Lowspeed port before using this function. Parameters: _port  The sensor port. See NBC Input port constants. _i2caddr  The sensor I2C address. See sensor documentation for this value. _out  The NXTPowerMeter present power value. _result  A status code indicating whether the operation completed successfully or not.
